Sanctions Compliance

IMPORTANT: AutoReach AI services are not available in sanctioned territories. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

AutoReach AI services are not available in Iran, North Korea, Russia, or other territories subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions. This restriction applies to the following:

  • Users physically located in sanctioned territories
  • Users acting on behalf of entities incorporated or headquartered in sanctioned regions
  • Users conducting business primarily with sanctioned territories
  • Individuals or entities on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list

By using our services, you confirm that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any sanctioned territory, and that you are not on any restricted persons list.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any prepaid fees. No refunds will be issued.

Service Terms

AutoReach AI provides automated social media management services for local businesses. Our services include:

  • Social Media Management: AI-generated content creation, automated scheduling, and posting to your connected social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn)
  • Website Audits: Free value-add SEO analysis service to help improve your online presence
  • AI Chatbot Syncing: Optional addon service ($10/month) for automated customer engagement

Important: All services are automated and powered by artificial intelligence. AutoReach AI does not provide human account managers. Content is generated algorithmically based on your business profile and industry best practices.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or require editing.

Payment & Billing

AutoReach AI operates on a monthly billing cycle. Payment is due at the start of each billing period and is processed automatically via your payment method on file.

Pricing Tiers (Base Monthly Rates):

  • Starter (1 Network): $25/month - Connect one social media platform
  • Growth (2 Networks): $45/month - Connect two social media platforms (includes 10% multi-network discount)
  • Pro (3 Networks): $64/month - Connect three social media platforms (includes 15% multi-network discount)

Additional Services:

  • AI Chatbot Syncing: $8/month standalone, or $6/month when bundled with any Social Media plan (20% bundle discount)
  • Advertising Management: 10% service fee on all ad spend managed through our platform

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Contract Terms

AutoReach AI offers flexible contract options to suit your business needs:

  • Month-to-Month: Standard pricing, cancel anytime with 30 days notice
  • 3-Month Commitment: 10% discount on monthly rate
  • 6-Month Commitment: 15% discount on monthly rate
  • 12-Month Commitment: 20% discount on monthly rate

Early Termination: If you terminate a multi-month contract before the commitment period ends, you will be required to pay the difference between the discounted rate you paid and the standard month-to-month rate for all months of service used.

Contracts automatically renew at the end of each commitment period at the same terms unless you provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before renewal.

Data & Privacy

To provide our services, we collect and process certain data about you and your business:

  • Social Media Access: We access your social media accounts via OAuth authentication to post content on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords.
  • Business Information: We store your business name, industry, preferences, and other information you provide during onboarding.
  • Posting History: We maintain records of all content created and posted through our platform for your reference and analytics.

Data Protection Commitments:

  • We do not sell your personal data or business information to third parties
  • We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest
  • We limit internal access to your data to authorized personnel only

Data Retention: Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow for account reactivation or data export requests. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Termination & Refunds

Month-to-Month Accounts:

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
  • Service continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months

Multi-Month Contracts:

  • Early termination requires payment of the discount differential (see Contract Terms above)
  • Service continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for unused portions of the current month

Termination by AutoReach AI:

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately and without refund for violations of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to sanctions violations, fraudulent activity, or posting prohibited content.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will end at the completion of your current billing period (or immediately in cases of policy violation). You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

Liability Limitations

Service Provided "As-Is":

AutoReach AI services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Platform Dependencies:

We are not liable for changes, outages, or API modifications made by social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.). Such changes may affect service availability and functionality.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall AutoReach AI's total liability to you exceed the aggregate fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoReach AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Content posted through our service that you created or approved
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
